Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At St. Lucia Scenic Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. We strive to provide flexibility while ensuring we can continue delivering exceptional experiences for all of our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour or experience (based on the local time in St. Lucia) and receive a full refund.

Full Refund

To receive a 100% refund, your cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour or experience.

Partial Refund

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Changes to Your Booking

Changes or modifications requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time cannot be accommodated. This includes requests to change the date, time, or tour booked.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Your safety is our highest priority. In the event that St. Lucia Scenic Tours must cancel a tour due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe or impossible to operate, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule their tour for another available date.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated pickup location or meeting point at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show. As our team has already prepared and traveled to provide the service, no refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Cut-Off Times

All cancellation and change deadlines are based on the local time in St. Lucia, where the experience takes place.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
