By making a booking, purchasing a tour or transfer, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
St. Lucia Scenic Tours is a locally operated tour and transportation provider based in Soufrière, Saint Lucia. We provide guided island tours, cultural and nature experiences, snorkeling excursions, airport transfers, and other tourism-related services.

Bookings may be made through our website or through another booking method authorized by St. Lucia Scenic Tours.
When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, contact information, number of guests, selected tour, tour date, pickup location, and any other information reasonably required to provide the service.
You are responsible for reviewing the details of your booking before submitting it.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from St. Lucia Scenic Tours.
If you do not receive confirmation or believe any information in your confirmation is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Tour and transfer prices are displayed on our website or communicated to you at the time of booking.
Prices may vary depending on the selected tour, pickup location, number of guests, group size, itinerary, or other booking options.
Unless otherwise stated, the price applicable to your reservation is the price presented and confirmed when your booking is completed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, calculation, or typographical errors. If an error affects an existing booking, we will contact you before proceeding with the affected service where reasonably possible.
Prices for future bookings may be changed at any time without prior notice.
The inclusions for each tour vary and are described on the applicable tour page or during the booking process.
Depending on the selected experience, inclusions may include transportation, pickup and drop-off, guided sightseeing, meals, tastings, or other activities.
Admission fees, attraction entrance fees, food, beverages, gratuities, or optional activities are not included unless they are specifically stated as included with your selected tour.
Guests should review the individual tour description before booking. If you are unsure whether a particular activity, meal, entrance fee, or other expense is included, please contact us before your tour.
We accept the payment methods made available through our website or otherwise communicated at the time of booking.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. St. Lucia Scenic Tours does not control the processing systems of these providers, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your transaction.
Any balance due must be paid according to the payment instructions associated with your booking.
We understand that travel plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies unless different terms are specifically stated for a particular service:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service:
Eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service:
Eligible for a 50% refund.
No-shows:
No refund will be provided.
The applicable cancellation period is calculated from the scheduled start time of the tour, excursion, or transfer.
Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Requests to change your tour date, pickup location, number of guests, selected tour, or other material booking details should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be accepted.
All changes are subject to availability and may result in a change in price.
If the number of guests changes, your booking price may be recalculated according to the pricing applicable to the new group size.
Saint Lucia’s weather and natural conditions can change quickly.
Tours normally operate in a range of weather conditions. However, St. Lucia Scenic Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, substitute portions of, or cancel a tour when weather, sea conditions, road conditions, attraction closures, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control make the planned experience unsafe or impractical.
If St. Lucia Scenic Tours cancels a tour because of weather conditions and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided, guests will receive a full refund for the affected tour.
We are not responsible for additional travel, accommodation, transportation, or other expenses incurred as a result of a weather-related change or cancellation.
Where pickup and drop-off are included, guests must provide accurate accommodation, hotel, cruise port, airport, or other pickup information.
Guests should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the designated time.
Pickup and return times may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, other pickups, attraction schedules, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a guest provides an incorrect pickup location, is not present at the agreed location, or is significantly late and cannot participate in the scheduled service, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Guests booking airport transfers are responsible for providing accurate flight details, including the correct airport, airline, flight number, arrival or departure information, accommodation, and contact details.
Guests should notify us as soon as reasonably possible of known flight changes or cancellations.
Flight delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect pickup times. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate verified flight delays where possible.
Cruise passengers are responsible for providing accurate ship and port information and for ensuring that the selected tour is compatible with their ship’s schedule.
While we make reasonable efforts to operate according to agreed schedules, travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, attraction delays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Guests should inform us at the time of booking if they are visiting Saint Lucia as part of a cruise and have a mandatory return-to-ship time.
Children and minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a tour or activity is appropriate for children in their care.
Certain activities may have age, height, weight, health, or other restrictions imposed by St. Lucia Scenic Tours or a third-party attraction or activity provider.
Any child pricing displayed for a particular tour is subject to the age requirements specified for that tour.
Some experiences may involve walking, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, uneven terrain, stairs, heat, water activities, volcanic areas, farms, or other physical activity.
Guests are responsible for considering their own physical condition and determining whether an experience is appropriate for them.
Please inform us before booking, or as early as possible before your tour, of mobility limitations, allergies, dietary requirements, disabilities, medical considerations, or other special requirements that may affect participation.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee that every tour, attraction, vehicle, or third-party facility will be able to accommodate every requirement.
Tours involving snorkeling, swimming, boating, waterfalls, beaches, or other water-based activities carry inherent risks.
Guests participating in these activities are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by guides, boat operators, attraction staff, or other authorized personnel.
Guests should not participate in an activity that exceeds their swimming ability, physical capability, or comfort level.
Life jackets or other safety equipment should be used when required or instructed.
Certain tours may include visits to rum distilleries or opportunities for alcoholic beverage tastings.
Alcohol will only be served or made available in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of the establishment providing it.
Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly.
St. Lucia Scenic Tours reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person whose intoxication or behavior creates a safety risk or substantially interferes with the experience of others.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, other guests, local residents, businesses, attractions, wildlife, and the environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a guest from a tour where the guest engages in threatening, abusive, dangerous, illegal, highly disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
A guest removed from an experience because of such conduct will not normally be entitled to a refund and will be responsible for any additional transportation or other expenses incurred.
Some tours include or visit independently operated attractions, restaurants, farms, beaches, parks, trails, distilleries, boating operators, activity providers, or other businesses.
Their operating hours, admission requirements, activities, availability, rules, and services are outside the direct control of St. Lucia Scenic Tours.
We may adjust an itinerary or substitute a comparable stop when an attraction or activity becomes unavailable.
Third-party providers may also require guests to agree to their own terms, waivers, safety requirements, or participation conditions.
Tour descriptions and itineraries represent the experience we intend to provide but may occasionally need to be changed.
The order of stops, attractions, routes, duration, meals, or activities may change because of weather, traffic, closures, availability, safety considerations, local conditions, or other operational circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall nature and value of the booked experience.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transfers.
St. Lucia Scenic Tours is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged personal items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should take particular care with passports, cash, jewelry, phones, cameras, and other valuables.
If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible.
Travel and recreational activities involve inherent risks.
Depending on the experience selected, these may include risks associated with road transportation, walking or hiking, uneven or slippery surfaces, swimming, snorkeling, boating, waterfalls, natural environments, wildlife, weather, heat, farms, volcanic areas, and participation in activities operated by third parties.
By voluntarily participating, guests acknowledge the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the activities they choose to undertake.
Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, attraction operators, and other authorized personnel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, St. Lucia Scenic Tours will not be responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, traffic, road closures, attraction closures, transportation disruption, acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, or a guest’s failure to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
St. Lucia Scenic Tours will not be liable for failure or delay in providing a service where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, transportation disruption, road closures, utility failures, or other extraordinary events.
Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement, reschedule the service, or issue any refund that may be applicable.
Our guides or team members may occasionally take photographs or videos during tours for operational, promotional, website, or social media purposes.
Where an identifiable guest is the primary subject of promotional photography or video, we will seek appropriate permission where reasonably required.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional photographs or videos, please inform your guide or a member of our team.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent bookings, or use its content in violation of applicable law.
Website content, including text, branding, graphics, and original photographs, may be protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced commercially without appropriate authorization.
Personal information provided through our website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that certain personal information must be processed in order to administer and provide your requested tour, transfer, or related service.
If you experience an issue with your tour or transfer, please notify your guide, driver, or St. Lucia Scenic Tours as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to address the matter.
